On 16 March 2026, we had the opportunity to celebrate a learner who has made our school incredibly proud. Ndalo Oabile Hlatshwayo was selected to represent Tshwane South and competed this past Saturday, an honour that reflects his standing among the top young athletes in the province.

Through dedication, hard work, and discipline, Ndalo has earned his place as the 13th-fastest under-12 sprinter in the province. This is no small achievement and speaks volumes about his commitment to his sport.

What makes this moment even more meaningful is that Ndalo has broken a ten-year gap for our school. The last time a Uitsig learner reached this level was a decade ago, making his accomplishment all the more significant.

Ndalo, we are incredibly proud of you. You represented your district and our school with honour and have shown what is possible when perseverance meets passion.
